How To Fix PS5 Error Code WS-115019-7 Unable to Connect to the Server?

Error Code WS-115019-7: How to fix it?

Error Code WS-115019-7 usually occurs because the console is unable to connect to the game server. This error pops up with a message saying “Unable to connect to the Server”. To fix this error, follow the methods mentioned below.

  1. Check whether your console’s PlayStation network is up to date or not: Go to Settings> Network> View PlayStation Network Status. Make sure that this setting is up to date.
  2. Now head to the settings tab on the same screen and select “Set up Internet Connection”. Make sure that you are connected to a stable and active internet connection. Although, it is recommended that you must use a wired connection to eliminate the errors on your end permanently.
  3. Also, select 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz as the WiFi frequency band from the options in WiFi settings only.
  4. Now, Press X and go to the advanced settings. Here, select DNS Settings as Manual and put the desired DNS that works in your country. This information is easily available over the internet.
