Riot Games was forced to roll out a hotfix to League of Legends after patch 11.2 went live to fix some bugs on champions.
PATCH 11.2 Hotfix UPDATES
League of Legends update 11.2 has been on LIVE servers since Thursday, January 21, a patch that allowed Riot Games to do a lot of balancing, with nerfs for Akali, Olaf and Aatrox, Azir buffs, Shaco, and Trundle, as well as item changes. Unfortunately, when the patch went live, issues quickly surfaced, including a bug on Karthus, Kog’Maw and new Viego champion. Riot Games was quick to fix the error and released a fix:

BUGFIX : Q – Savagery Fixed a bug where Rengar would not gain attack speed after using the empowered version of his Q.
Viego
BUGFIX : PASSIVE SKILL – Sovereign Domination When Viego possesses Katarina, Queen of Combat, her daggers are no longer invisible.
