Team Fight Tactics Update 10.11 is set to release next week, and it looks like players have already got a hunch of what coming in update 10.12 in a huge leak. The leak reveals that update 10.12 is going to introduce a much-refreshed content including five new champions.
TFT update 10.12 is called mid-set update and it is going to flip the whole game. Riot has already announced the new battle pass, rank reset, and a major meta shift.

The biggest change is the replacement of some of the champions of set 3. Yes, they are going to be replaced with new ones. Riot didn’t specify anything clear but they mentioned “a bunch of new champions and traits and the removal of a few champions and traits.” Now, the players have already got a preview of the new lineup, thanks to a Chinese player who managed to determine patch 10.10 files.
He found mention of Nidalee, Gnar, Janna, Morgana, and Kog’Maw joining the TFT roster in 10.12 mid-set update. Nidalle and Gnar have the feature of Galaxy skin while Janna is flaunting her Star Guardian skin. The leaker also revealed that she will receive a shield in TFT.

Riot Games has yet to announce the new set of champions, so till then take any leak as a grain of salt. These could be changed at any time.
