Character customization has always been a big part of the Diablo franchise. Diablo 4 is no different in this regard. Unfortunately, a lot of players haven’t been able to use this feature in the game. While some players are unable to finalize their selection, others are unable to see any of the sliders to adjust the settings. This is quite frustrating because character customization is one of the basic features. Diablo 4 Character Customization Bug: Is there any fix yet?
Unfortunately, there is no fix for the Character Customization bug in Diablo 4. A lot of players have reported facing this issue in several forms. As we mentioned before, some players are able to customize their characters but are unable to finalize the selection. On the other hand, some players are unable to see or access the customization sliders. Folks have been trying to reach out to the devs through different forums. Though, the devs have not yet responded directly. Well, it seems like most of the bugs will only be resolved once the game rolls out for everyone.
In the meantime, you can try out some workarounds. Make sure that your GPU drivers are up to date. Outdated drivers can also trigger these types of issues while playing video games. You can also try restarting the game. But, this means that you will need to begin right from the start. At the moment, the best course of action is to wait for an official fix.
