Need for Speed (NFS) Unbound: How to change Difficulty

Racing video games like Need for Speed (NFS) Unbound are meant to be relaxing. But, some players like things to be challenging. Naturally, these folks are curious if and how they can change the difficulty in-game. Having the option to set the AI’s ruthlessness and skills will change the whole scenario for a lot of players. Below, we will tell you how to change the difficulty in NFS Unbound according to your need.

Need for Speed (NFS) Unbound: How to change Difficulty?

It is actually very easy to change the difficulty in Need for Speed (NFS) Unbound. All you have to do is launch the game and then go to Accessibility & Settings. Here, either head over to the Accessibility tab or the Game tab. This will open a new menu where you will be able to choose a difficulty for the Story mode. Now, you get a couple of options to choose from. We have mentioned them below for you to see.

1) Relaxed-

As the name suggests, this is the easiest difficulty in NFS Unbound. This is also the default difficulty that the game has. If you decide to stick with this difficulty option, then the game will become quite easy and relaxing. You will also get 150% Health and 10 Restarts. Cops and other Rivals will also be less challenging.

2) Challenging-

This is the best option for people who have some experience with NFS titles. You will have 100% Health but will only get 4 Restarts. The cops and Rivals will be more challenging than the Relaxed difficulty option. But, things will still be fair and chill if you know how to handle the vehicle.

3) Intense-

If you are looking for a challenge, then you should opt for the Intense difficulty option. This mode will give you 60% of health and only 2 Restarts. The cops will brutally chase you and the Rivals will be extremely difficult to beat. This is a very unforgiving difficulty and is meant for players who are well experienced with racing games and have spent a lot of hours in NFS games.

So, these were the difficulty option available in Need for Speed (NFS) Unbound. You can only switch between them when you are in the Garage. Well, this brings us to the end of this article. We hope that you found it helpful. Stay tuned to Digi Statement, and happy racing.
