Save the game before an encounter
To do this, you simply need to save your game right before encountering the pokemon of your choice. When you battle and catch the pokemon, see if its nature is as per your choice. If it isn’t, simply load the manual save which is before the battle took place, and catch the pokemon again. Keep repeating this method until you get the desired nature on your pokemon.
Use Mints to change Nature
Mints in the game are a rare resource that serves the function of changing a Pokemon’s nature. To use it, you either need to have enough money, or you need to put effort into finding it. Once you have it, use them on a Pokemon to change their nature as per your wish.
Breed your pokemon with a Ditto who holds an Everstone
Ditto can breed with any type of Pokemon, irrespective of gender(no legendaries, of course). To change the nature of your Pokemon, find a Ditto with the Nature you want for your “inherited” Pokemon to have. Then simply, make the Ditto hold an Everstone and breed your Pokemon with it. The offspring will be of the same nature as your Ditto. This happens due to the presence of Everstone.
