One of the selling points of any video game is the number of gaming platforms it is available on. This helps players enjoy the game without having to change their platform or console, and gaming consoles do come cheap by the way. Add a cross-platform playing feature to the mix and the game is on its way to reaching millions of players. Nintendo Switch is a major gaming platform with millions of users worldwide, and it would be logically prudent to release a game for the platform along with the other major ones. In this article, we will discuss Gungrave G.O.R.E Nintendo Switch Release Date and every other relevant information you should know about the game.
Let us start with an overview of Gungrave G.O.R.E. It is a combination of action and shooting played in the third-person perspective. The gameplay setting is a mix of western and Asian themes, which makes it an attraction for anime lovers and gamers. The game revolves around Grave, a popular protagonist we can remember from the 2002 version of the game. Grave bears the title of Gunslinger of the resurrection, armed with a Cerberus pistol with unlimited bullets and a coffin that can transform into a wide range of dangerous damage-inflicting tools. Gungrave G.O.R.E is being developed by IGGYMOB, a South Korean game development studio, and will be released by Prime Matter. What platforms will the game be released for, and is Nintendo Switch included in that list? Read on to find out.
Gungrave G.O.R.E Nintendo Switch Release Date
Gungrave G.O.R.E has been on the lips of developers for quite some time without being fully released. Developers promised a release date for the game back in 2019. The release date was then shifted to 2020 and 2021 subsequently. Finally, developers announced at the Summer of Gaming 2022 that the game will be ready for full release in the fall of 2022. This could have been taken as a mere regular announcement before another postponement, but the announcement was quickly followed by an intense trailer. So, we believe Gungrave G.O.R.E will be available for players between September and December 2022. Developers also announced via the trailer and social media that the game will be released for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam. Unfortunately, no mention of it being available for Nintendo Switch was made.
While we await the full release of the game on the listed platforms, we cannot completely rule out the possibility of the game being released for Switch later on. Should this happen, we will be the first to let you know. For now, stay in touch with Digistatement and share this article with friends in your gaming community.
