@ThreeUK. It’s a shame to have to tweet a complaint about not receiving a call back from your complaints team over a matter which is of your making. I’ve made several calls nearing a total of 2 hours and no resolution yet. I have a multitude of serious issues not being resolved.
Down detector – a renowned service that gives details about live outages – also conveys that 3( Three) is indeed going through a glitch in some regions as can be seen in the image below:
