It is essential for a hero to have armor that helps protect them in battle. The Rubber Armor Set does just that. The Rubber Armor Set in Tears of the Kingdom is one of a kind. It’s made from an ancient material known as rubber, which can no longer be found. This material makes the armor special and distinguishes it from the rest of the armor sets in the game. Rubber makes the armor shock-resistant, helping Link win battles with electrical enemies. The armor set consists of a helmet, tights, and, of course, the armor. It is a head-to-toe wear that has its benefits individually as well as when worn together. The armor provides shock-resistant benefits while not restricting movement and allowing Link to move freely during the fight.

The pieces of the armor set are, however, spread all over the map. Players will need to locate the pieces separately to own the set in its entirety. Well, you don’t need to explore the vast lands of Hyrule in search of it. We have listed the locations along with their coordinates to make your journey a lot easier. The three locations mentioned below are where you will find the Armor, the Helm, and the Tights to complete your set.

Rubber Armor

For the location of the Rubber Armor, you will need to locate the Teniten Shrine on the map. The shrine is located south of Lookout Landing, and the coordinates of the place are -0050, -1084, 0019. Find the cave near the south of Whistling Hill, and break your way in. The cave is hidden by breakable rocks, which are pretty easy to spot. Use Link’s ‘Fuse’ ability to make a hammer; you will need a rusty broadsword or any one-handed weapon and a rock, which you can find lying nearby. Break open the entrance and make your way inside.

Zelda Tears of the Kingdom (ToTK) Rubber Armor Set Location: Where to Get & FindYou’ll immediately be treated by some creatures; make sure to kill them and collect some essential items for our mission. The path will be blocked with some vines, which you can easily slash with your sword and make your way through. Glide down the cavern and fight the Skeleton Bokoblins that block your way.

Climb up the walls of the cave once you reach the dead end. You’ll be greeted with some tumbling rocks which are avoidable. Once you dodge the rocks, there will be another set of breakable rocks blocking the entrance. Break the rocks with the rock hammer you fused earlier, and you’ll see the electrical guard waiting for you.

Fight the guard with the rock hammer and arrows, and once killed, it will drop a soldier’s chest. Collect the chest items, and break another entrance on top where the guard was, using a Bomb Flower. Climb up the wall, and you’ll find a shrine-like place with a chest in the middle. Open the chest and collect your Rubber Armor! The coordinates of the shrine are -0082, -1118, -0003.

Rubber Helm

Zelda Tears of the Kingdom (ToTK) Rubber Armor Set Location: Where to Get & FindTo get the Rubber Helmet, make your way to the Sarjon Woods Cave near the Sarjon Bridge. The coordinates of the place are 1205, -3169, and 0028. Once you’re in the woods, find the running stream of water inside a cave, and then use the Zora’s Armor set to swim fast. Swim your way past the enemies latched on top of the wall in the cave. Make sure to stick to the side of the stream in order to avoid them.

Once you’re close to the chest containing the Helmet, you’ll face some waves leading into a waterfall. After reaching the end of the waves and the beginning of the fall, jump and glide into a cave located beneath. Here again, you’ll find a shrine-like place with a chest in the middle. Open the chest to collect your Rubber Helmet! The exact coordinates of the place are 1591, -2946, -0023.

Rubber Tights

Zelda Tears of the Kingdom (ToTK) Rubber Armor Set Location: Where to Get & FindMoving on to the last piece to complete the set is the legwear, or the Rubber Tights. Locate the Horon Lagoon on the map with the coordinates 4241, -0267, and 0004. Near the location, you will see the Horon Lagoon Cave. Head to this cave, swim towards the 4234, -0307, and -0027 coordinates, and take a left into another cave’s entrance.

You’ll see a rock in the middle. Once you climb up the rock, and stand next to the Traveler’s Spear, you’ll see the shrine. Here lies the last piece: the Rubber Tights. Make your way toward the shrine-like place, open the chest in the middle, and collect your Rubber Tights!

Your Rubber Armor Set expedition in ToTK is now complete. This brings us to the end of the guide, and we hope the information provided above proved to be helpful. Before leaving, make sure to check out DigiStatement for more information and updates about your favorite games!
