Xiaomi has emerged out to be a successful brand in the Indian market with 29% market share as of Q2 2020. The Chinese multinational company manufactures and invests in smartphones, mobile apps, laptops, home appliances, bags, shoes, consumer electronics, and many other products. Redmi-sub-brand of Xiaomi is also very popular for launching high-tech midrange smartphones.

Google launched Android 11 OS earlier this year on September 8 and many devices were lined up to receive the update.  Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro were the first Xiaomi devices to receive the Android 11 update. We have some exciting news for Indian users of Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro. The smartphone was recently launched in India.

After successfully rolling out the Android 11 update for the Redmi Note 9 pro china users, the company has decided to rollout the latest Android 11 update for its Indian users too. The update is being rolled out as MIUI 12 update and is stable one. Many users took on twitter to share the screenshot of the update notification. Have a look at few of them.

Talking about Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 pro, it is powered by Qualcomm 720G Snapdragon Octa-core processor with MIUI 11 running on Android 10. The device has 6.67 inches IPS LCD display with 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. The device also comprises 48 MP quad camera setup and is backed by 5020 mAh battery with fast charging support. It is available in two variants :- 64GB 6GB RAM and 128GB 6GB RAM pricing Rs.15,999 and Rs.17,999 respectively.
