So, considering that you already have Wuthering Waves installed, you will need to go to Steam and then visit the Steam Store. Search for Wuthering Waves and then select the Install button. Steam will now create a directory for installing the game and after a while, the download will commence. Once that happens, stop the download and select the Uninstall button.
Now the directory where the game files should be stored for Steam to recognize it has been created. So, now, open the Wuthering Waves launcher and make sure it is updated. Next, go to the directory where the game is already installed via the launcher. You will find a folder called Wuthering Waves Game. Open this folder and then copy all the files/folders inside it.
