Wix is down again. Users who have hosted their websites on Wix.com are not able to access their sites. Well, Wix official twitter support has acknowledged the ongoing issues and assured to fix them soon. Check out the official tweet below:
At this time we do not have an ETA but I can assure you we have all hands on deck to resolve this as fast as we can. Everything should be working normally shortly. We really appreciate your patience.

Original Post: (Jan 18): Wix.com, a cloud-based web development platform that allows users to create HTML5 websites and mobile sites through the use of online drag and drop tools is currently having connection issues and is down.
Many users who have hosted websites on the Wix are not able to access their sites. Also, users who have paid plans are also facing issues with Wix.com on many fronts. Some of them are also getting bad gateway (502 error).
A quick look at the micro-blogging site Twitter conveys there are many others affected by the same issue. For a quick glance, here’s how some of the complainants word the problem.

Down detector – a renowned service that gives details about live outages – also conveys that Wix.com is indeed going through a glitch in some regions as can be seen in the image below:
Any official word on the matter? No, not yet. We’re not able to obtain a word from the official service channels or their social media handles.
