Oppo A5 (2020)  is equipped with a 6.5 inch IPS LCD with a resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels. The smartphone runs on Android 9.0 (Pie). Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 processor coupled with 3/4 GB of RAM and 64/128 GB of internal storage.

In the camera department, Oppo A5 (2020) features quad rear cameras with a 12 MP primary sensor, 8MP secondary sensor (ultrawide) and two, 2MP sensors. On the front, for selfies, the smartphone is housed with a single 8 Megapixel camera with f/2.0 aperture.

The smartphone is fueled by a 5000 mAh battery with support for reverse charging. The smartphone comes with all major sensor and features USB Type-C 1.0 reversible connector.
