The term “corpse run” in the game simply refers to the status effect that applies to players after collecting all of the items from their last run or grave. Likewise, it is a term that the game uses to refer to this unique gameplay mechanic. A status effect like this is one is very unique to this game. This means that not many other games, even ones that are MMORPGs have gameplay mechanics like this status effect.

In this game, players can simply go back to their grave or their tombstone in their previous run to collect all of their items. After doing so, this unique status effect applies to players.

This status effect in the game lasts for a duration of about 50 seconds. Likewise, this unique status effect applies certain bonus effects to players. It applies the following effects –

  1. It reduces your Jump Stamina usage by 75%
  2. It also reduces your Run Stamina usage by 75%
  3. Provides 10 health points per second while the effect is active.
  4. The damage modifier makes it very resistant against blunt, slash as well as pierce attacks.

It is also important to note that the status effect does not apply when players put new items into their tombstones or leave some items. Consequently, a player’s grave must be completely empty in order to activate the unique status effect.
