If you didn’t know, animals in the game are rated as Diamond when their Trophy rating is much higher than the average ones. Thus, a Diamond Kangaroo will be a Class 9 animal. Needless to say, you cannot get a diamond kangaroo so easily, as you will need to continue looking for one. So, with that said, here’s everything you need to know about finding it:
Gearing up
It is time to prepare for the hunt. Kangaroos are pretty fast at moving. If not killed in one shot, the kangaroo might escape or become hostile and attack you. You cannot take any chances here. Go for the guns with 7MM magazines, like the Malmer 7MM Magnum. It is a pretty powerful weapon that can take down animals from Class 4 to Class 9.
Locate the Diamond Kangaroo
- Kangaroos show up to drink water from 0:00 to 3:00. The time is pretty short, so be on the lookout.
- The region known as Saltbush Plains, located in the bottom-left portion of the Emerald Coast map in Drybone Plateau, is considered a hotspot for locating kangaroos.
- Make sure to check every body of water available in that region. Kangaroos are highly active during the mentioned times at these places.
- There are no lures for kangaroos, though. You must rely on your senses to spot kangaroos using your vision alone.
Hunting-Time
