The second season of “That Time I Got Reincarnated as Slime” anime has just announced. A twitter user @RannobeSugoi revealed that “Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken” That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime Season 2 will premiere in October 2020.

The first season of the anime series aired from October 2, 2018, to March 19, 2019 and had a very huge fan following and it is not going to stop with season 2.

The series follows the story of Satoru Mikami, an average 37-year-old office worker from Tokyo with no girlfriend. One day he was asked for marriage advice by his colleague Tamura. After meeting him and his partner he was stabbed to death by a robber. After his death, he incarnated in another world as a slime with the ability to devour other creatures which embarks his new journey.
The story of season 2 will take place from where season 1 left. So, it will be interesting to watch how the story of Mikami unfolds.
