The game introduces a pretty impressive prospect, and players want to enjoy it on their favorite platforms. That said, let’s see if the game is supported on Valve’s popular handheld, Steam Deck.
Steam Deck Support
As of now, Tavern Talk is not listed as Playable or Verified for the Deck. Due to this, steam user flightofmorning posted the important question regarding the Steam Deck support details of Tavern Talk on the game’s Steam Discussion forum. We mentioned this because it was on this thread where the answers were given by the developers. Game developer profile 76561199547383072 shared that the game “works pretty good” on Steam Deck. Furthermore, the game developer profile Gentle Troll also shared that they have added Steam Cloud support for the game. This feature allows cross-playing between Windows, MacOS, and Steam Deck. They also shared that while the game is optimized for Deck, it’s not certified as of yet. However, they are working on it, and soon the game will be Steam Deck verified, as we hope.
Lenovo Legion Go & Asus ROG Ally Support
Now, when it comes to these handhelds, unfortunately, we have nothing official yet. However, if you’re on either of these platforms, don’t be disheartened. Typically, both Lenovo Legion Go and Asus ROG Ally are superior to Steam Deck, hardware-wise. That means that if a game is playable on Deck, it should also be supported on these platforms. Plus, both of these are Windows-based mini PCs. That means Windows games run pretty well on both. So, while we don’t have anything from the officials or the players, we’re quite sure that you can play Tavern Talk easily on the Lenovo Legion Go and Asus ROG Ally.
