Appalling service. Internet keeps cutting off. Keeps switching server. Internet now has been off for three hours. I cannot put up with this at all. Going to cancel my contract with TalkTalk. They haven’t provided a consistent service.

All sorted now, took them 4 days to come out and sort it, no response here on Twitter until now and they just kept ending any telephone calls. Eventually managed to speak someone on chat and he arranged an engineer visit.
