Fans of Rocksteady Studios had been waiting for quite a long time to play the studio’s next game and Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is what they finally got. Released on February 2, 2024, SSKTJL is a third-person action shooter title where you get to play as any of the four main characters: King Shark, Deadshot, Harley Quinn, and Captain Boomerang. Unlike previous Rocksteady titles, this one launched with a myriad of issues and players have been looking to find a fix for them since then. A major issue currently happens to be the “Error in retrieving EULA”, and this guide will help you fix that.
The main issue here is that the game just shows an error message with the “Error retrieving EULA” message. And even after clicking on “Accept”, nothing happens. And the issue isn’t even exclusive to one platform but rather all of them. So, is there a fix for this? Well, continue reading to find out.

As of now, there’s no official fix for this, but the issue is under investigation. So, until a fix is released, you will have to make do with the following workarounds to fix it:
Use VPN –
For many players, one of the ways to circumvent this issue was to simply use a VPN. So, if you don’t have one, go ahead and download one. Although if you are hesitant about using a VPN, you can try the next method.
Change DNS –
This particular workaround comes thanks to u/ItsMeAmirabbas. To try this workaround, you basically need to use the following DNS:
- 78.157.42.100
- 78.157.42.101
Additionally, players can also try using Google’s Public DNS and see if that helps.
- IPv4 – 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4
- IPv6 – 2001:4860:4860::8888 or 2001:4860:4860::8844
Check your internet connection –
Another thing we recommend you do is check your internet connection. Ensure that there are no major interferences and that the speed is good. You can also try restarting your router to resolve this issue.
Switch to a wired connection –
This particular method is related to the previous fix. Sometimes Wi-Fi might not be good enough for playing a game and in such cases, the only fix is to switch to a wired connection. So, go ahead and connect to the Internet using an Ethernet cable and check if that works. If it doesn’t, switch to the next fix.
Reinstall –
If none of the aforementioned workarounds are of help, we recommend that you reinstall the entire game. This could possibly work in getting rid of this issue, so give it a try, and just in case this doesn’t help, we suggest you wait until the developers release a patch fix for it.
