Sims 4: How to do homework in Sims 4?

Sims 4 is a life simulation video game from developer studio, Electronic Arts. It is a game where players create Sims characters and perform numerous things. One of these things is doing homework. Likewise, Sims receive homework books in their inventory after they become children or teens. In the case of a teen, the homework assignment is in the form of a yellow book with the term “Grade School Homework”. Similarly, for the teens, the homework book simply has the term “Homework.”

Similar to previous Sims games, players can do homework in Sims 4. Players have to perform homework whether they are in high school, or at a University. Child sims have to do homework in order to perform well in school. Likewise, getting a degree in a University also requires doing your homework. Child sims have an orange homework book in their inventory while Teenager sims will have a blue homework book in their inventory.

How to Do Homework in Sims 4

  • The first thing you have to do is to locate a homework book in your sim’s inventory.
  • If for some reason, you cannot find a homework book, simply use the “purchase books” option that appears when you click on a bookshelf.
  • Next up, you have to simply click on the homework in your sim’s inventory and choose the “Do homework” option.

How to Do Homework at the UniversityUniversity Homework

  • First and foremost, players have to do homework after every class at a University.
  • You have to go to your sim’s inventory and locate a black & white homework book.
  • Next up, click on the book and pick the class for which you want to do the homework.

Additional Tips To Speed Up Doing Homework & Boost A Sim’s PerformanceHelp With Homework

  • Players can get an adult sim to help with homework. In order to do this click on the sim, you want to help and choose the “Help with homework” option.
  • Similarly, players can also boost a sim’s school performance by clicking on the “Do extra credit” option after doing homework. (Requires B-Grade or higher in school)
  • Players can level up all four of a sim’s skills to level 3 to unlock the “Breeze through homework” option. Likewise, level up skill to 7 to unlock the “Dominate homework” option.
  • Players can also speed up doing homework at University. You can do this by adding the study spot lot trait to a sim’s house and also leveling up research and debate skills.
