Sifu GOG Release Date: Is it coming out

GOG is a very popular online video game store. Now that Sifu is not an Epic Games Store-exclusive, and recently released on Steam, folks wish to know if the devs have a GOG release date for the game. There are several reasons why a lot of people prefer GOG over Steam or Epic Games Store. We will discuss these points further in the article. Now, although GOG is popular, a lot of devs don’t feature their games in this storefront. This is quite disappointing. So, if you are also looking for more information about the release date of Sifu on GOG, then you have come to the right place.

Folks who like realistic combat and martial arts in video games will thoroughly enjoy Sifu. It is a third-person brawler that will take you on an interesting journey through modern-day China. You are on a quest to avenge your dead father. During your journey, you will come across a lot of gangsters and other based folks. You can decide their fates after you defeat them. You will have your skills at your disposal throughout the gameplay. Just a few days back, Sifu was a PS, Nintendo, and Epic Games Store-exclusive title. But, now it is released on Xbox consoles, as well as on Steam.

Sifu GOG Release Date: Is it coming out?

Unfortunately at the moment, the devs have not shared a release date of Sifu on GOG. This is quite disappointing because folks were expecting the devs to roll out the game on GOG after the Epic Games Stores exclusivity was over. But so far, it seems like the devs don’t have any such plan. Not one person from the development team or the studio has answered this question. This is quite frustrating for people who wish to know more about the same.

Now, GOG is so popular because it provides you with a DRM-free copy of the game. Although DRM somewhat stops piracy, it also triggers tons of issues in video games. This is why folks like to purchase DRM-free copies of the title. Also, folks were expecting the devs to roll out Sifu on GOG before Steam because the Steamworks codes can create unnecessary complexity. But so far, it does not look like the devs are interested in a GOG release. Well, we will make sure to update our article if any new information pops up. So, stay tuned to Digi Statement.
