Scorn is different from all of the generic horror games that are currently on the market. It has popular themes like extreme gore, a parallel world, and supernatural creatures that can make anyone shiver in fear. Ebb Software has gone blazing guns to make this horror game more immersive with creepy yet praiseworthy aesthetics. Will there be a multiplayer co-op mode in Scorn?
Given such an amazing atmosphere with gory themes and a sense of dread and well-designed levels, one can see that Scorn has tons of potential for multiplayer co-op. If devs decided on working on it and execute it well, it can no doubt offer the finest experience. Sadly we don’t see that happening ever as we have sources that confirmed that Scorn devs have no plans for including multiplayer.
They are currently focusing on single-player and will dedicate their resources to only that. We might get VR support in the future, however, that’s only speculation on our part. Well, single-player games have one advantage- there will be no cheaters. Everybody knows just how big of a problem cheaters are. However a standalone co-op might work with Scorn, but it has a very low chance of happening.
