ROKU TV settings for gaming

The method, idea, and overall platform for gaming have improved dramatically. Shifting from stationary desktop computers, gaming has progressed to the living rooms. You can now plug in a console with your TV and just enjoy hours of gaming. Although it is comfortable, the picture quality is also essential for a good gaming experience. The following article lists the preferrable ROKU TV settings for gaming.

Changing the settings of the TV makes it easy for the user. You don’t have to worry about setting it differently for other consoles. Before altering the settings, pick an image from a game that has bright and vibrant colors. In that case, you will better understand the results.

Use the TV remote to open the TV settings. Generally, it is the star button on the remote. Once you are in the settings menu, navigate up to picture settings. Inside that, turn on the Game mode. Now, in the same menu, scroll down to change the brightness, sharpness, color, etc.

  • Keep the color range to your preference. Generally, the range between 60 to 70 fits best for everybody.
  • Maintain the sharpness level around 55 to 70. You wouldn’t want the images to look too much popped out.
  • Keep the brightness level at 50 to 60. If you go too high, images can get a little greyish and weirdly bright.
  • You can leave the backlight settings as it is. Just in case you want to alter it, keep it between 80 to 100.

The YouTuber swissjoker has correctly described the ROKU TV settings for gaming. You can always change the settings that are comfortable for your eyes. Various models are built differently. Hence, some settings might need an altercation. You don’t have to be afraid about messing the settings as there is a default value line in each of the levels. You can go right back to it.
