Now that Resident Evil 4 Remake is about to drop, a lot of people are trying out the demo version of the game. This means that folks are encountering enemies as well as new gameplay features. It is quite easy to parry enemy attacks in Resident Evil 4 Remake. You won’t need to spend hours after hours studying the enemy’s attacks in order to do this. Note that you can only parry melee attacks in the game. To do this, you will need to press the right button at the right time. When an attack is about to make contact, press the Space bar (PC), L1 (PlayStation), or LB (Xbox) keys in order to perform a successful parry. You will see sparks coming out of your knife once you perform this action successfully. Now, there is another way to parry the attacks as well.

For this, you will need to pause the game and go to Options. Now, go to the Controls tab and enable the Parry with R2/RT/Left Click option. Once you do this, you will be able to parry by clicking the “Shoot” button. This will help out a lot of players who are used to this feature in other games. Now, apart from direct melee attacks, you can also parry melee weapons that an enemy throws at you. To do this, just press the parry button at the projectile before it hits you.
