PUBG or Player Unknown’s Battlegrounds, a famous battle royale title announced a new mobile game NEW STATE available for pre-registration on Android and iOS. The game has been developed by Krafton a subsidiary of the original developers Bluehole. The South Korean developers of this popular franchise released a trailer on the video hosting platform YouTube regarding it’s details. Here’s what we know so far:
What is PUBG?
If you have been on any social media platform for the better part of the past year, you’ve probably heard about PUBG. The game has taken the gaming world by storm due to it’s new concept and great execution. PUBG is a battle royale game where the players find themselves on an island, or a series of islands among other players scattered across the location. There is only one objective, survive. The players have the opportunity to loot houses and various other crates to find weapons and supplies to survive till the duration. Oh and, you can’t effectively camp in the locations for long durations, due to the closing circle which reduces the area of the playing island over time. This concept has been welcome by open arms in the gaming world and people saw the rise of battle royale components in many other shooting titles.
PUBG NEW STATE
The South Korean developer announced the newest installment of the PUBG mobile series, NEW STATE. But what is NEW STATE? The company released a trailer which showed us a glimpse of this latest game.
The gameplay will see our players battle it out for the Chicken Dinner in an entire different settings. Highlighted mentions of the game world include the futuristic settings, updated weapon technology accompanied by the classic weapons and ofcourse, the famous pan. The trailer also depicts what seems like a plethora of bombs dropping from sky, hinting on a new operator skill feature.
Nothing has been officially confirmed, as far as features go. Die hard PUBG fans wait in anticipation regarding the exact details. The game has begun pre-registration for Android and iOS users.
