The game is a free-to-play, MOBA, or Multiplayer Online Battle Arena similar to League of Legends on PC and Mobile Legends on mobile. It comes from the video game developer studio, TiMi Studio Group. The Pokémon Company, the publisher of Pokémon GO on mobile, is also the publisher of Pokemon Unite. The game is available on mobile both on Android and iOS. Pokémon Unite is a different type of game because of its focus on competition. It is one of the more unique uses of the franchise for mobile. Likewise, other Pokémon games almost always revolve around solo adventure gameplay. Whereas, Pokémon Unite is a team-dependent MOBA game. Naturally, this means that the game is super competitive and relies on team cooperation to get a victory. Garchomp is an All-rounder Pokémon in Pokémon Unite. It is one of the heavy melee attackers Pokémon in the game. This Pokémon is a heavy damage dealer from early game. Likewise, it has the skills and abilities to take down squishy opponents from the start of each match. It is one of the more brutish and powerhouse Pokémon in the game.
Garchomp has a Rough Skin ability that can cause damage to anyone who attacks it. This is more of a passive ability that makes it great for solo 1v1 battles. Consequently, opponents with lower HP are almost always at a disadvantage against Garchomp. Additionally, its passive ability makes it a very viable pick to punish lower-level and careless opponents. Its attack damage plus passive ability makes it a great pick to injure careless opponents who are just spamming their skills. It is one of the best all-rounder Pokémon in the game. Its survivability and damage dealing skills make it a deadly Pokémon in the game.
