Pokemon Sword & Shield: Gigantamax Toxtricity coming soon

Yes, you heard it right. A new Gigantamax Pokemon is coming to Pokemon Sword & Sheild soon. Nintendo and The Pokemon Company officially announced the all-new Gigantamax Pokemon for Pokemon Sword and Shield on this year’s Pokemon Day celebration. And not only this, Armored Mewtwo is making its way to Pokemon Go with Legendary raids

Talking more about the new Pokemon, the all-new Gigatamx Pokemon is Milcery, who will make its debut in a new Max Raid battle. And Milcery will be able to change to Gigantamax after evolving into Alcremie.

Also, the new Gigantamax Pokemon will be coming on February 6. Toxtricity, the new Pokemon is an Electric/Poison-type with the abilities – Punk Rock, Plus, and Minus. Electric-type moves used by Toxtricity will change to G-Max Stun Shock which will not only deal damage but also poisons or paralyzes all opponents.

When Gigantamaxed, these special Toxtricity gain a different appearance than regular Dynamax Toxtricity, and they can also unleash a G-Max Move called G-Max Stun Shock.

Not only this, in the meantime, a few other Max Raid events are underway in Pokemon Sword & Shield. Until February 6, Pokemon Sword players have a greater chance of encountering Gigantamax Coalossal and Flapple in Max Raids, whereas, Pokemon Shield players will be able to find Gigantamax Lapras and Appletun.

Starting on the 6th of February, Pokemon Sword & Shield players will have a chance to encounter Gigantamax Toxtricity in Max Raid Battles. And players will be able to find Gigantamax Toxtricity in Max Raids until March 8.
