Knowing how to start a picnic is necessary for the main topic of this article. In order to start a picnic, you have to simply find an area in the wild that is open. Once you find a spot that you like in the vast area of the Paldea Region, you have to set up a picnic by accessing the Main Menu. You can do this by pressing the X button on your joycon. Next, select the Picnic option to start one.

Forcing a respawn of wild Pokemon in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet is pretty simple. You have to find an area in the wild where the pokemon you want usually spawns. It is also a good idea to go to a place where there is a Pokemon Mass Outbreak. You can find a wide range of Pokemon in such a mass outbreak. After finding such an area, you may not see any Pokemon that you want to catch. In such a case, force respawning the wild Pokemon can come in clutch. You can simply have a picnic in that area where there are other Pokemon that you don’t want. This resets the wild pokemon spawns for that particular area.

Having a picnic will now spawn a number of other wild Pokemon. Once you set up your picnic, pack it up after a few minutes. After doing so, you will see all the spawned pokemon have disappeared. Now, new spawns will start to appear in the area. Using this method, you can make sure that the pokemon you want is forced spawned.
