Pokemon Go OSM Update

Are you also facing Frame Rate & Lag Issues after June 2021 update? Read the full article to know more about this issue and when this fix is going to come.

Developed and published by Niantic, Pokemon Go is a mobile game based on Augmented Reality. It uses mobile devices with GPS to locate, capture, train, and battle virtual creatures, called Pokemon, which appear as if they are in the player’s real-world location. In this article, we are going to talk about the Frame Rate & lag Issues that are experienced after June 2021 update. So, here is everything you need to know.

Pokemon Go Issues: Frame Rate & Lag

After the June 2021 update, Pokemon Trainers are experiencing Frame rate & lag Issues in Pokemon Go. Trainers are experiencing significant delays in responsiveness and slow animations. Trainers are also experiencing significant frame rate drop, resulting in choppy animations leading to increased difficulty catching Pokemon. Additionally, the longer the app is open, the more pronounced this issue may be. Both these issues are being investigated by the Niantic Support team. This issue is becoming annoying as long as Trainers are trying to play the game.

Moreover, the good news is that these issues have reached the ears of the officials and have been listed in the list of Known Issues by Niantic. The status of this issue is “Under Investigation”. Also, on their Twitter account, Niantic has mentioned that these issues will be resolved through an update of version 0.211.1. As Pokemon Go Fest is arriving in July, Niantic will make sure that none of the issues gets prevail throughout the fest.

So, if you found this article helpful, share it with your friends to let them know about these Pokemon Go issues.
