The Pokeball Plus is a kind of controller for Pokémon GO and Pokémon Let’s Go that automatically spin Poké Stops and catch Pokémon in Pokémon GO. After the latest update, many people were facing an issue in connecting with the PokeBall Plus. They took the route of Twitter to express their concern.
The good news is that Niantic has acknowledged the issue. They have promises to fix the issue with the next update. They tweeted:
Sorry for the inconvenience, Trainer. We're aware of an issue with the GO Plus and our team is investigating it. Also, a fix should be available in an upcoming update. Please refer to our Known Issues page (https://t.co/SoH7cm87l5) for more info. Thanks! ^RD
