POCO which is sub-brand company owned by the tech-giant Xiaomi is very popular in the smartphone market for launching flagship killer devices. The company launched its first smartphone Xiaomi POCO F1 back in 2018 and since then the company has earned a lot of praise and appreciation from the users.
In this article, we are going to share POCO M4 expected specifications and launch date as the company has already geared up to release its new flagship model POCO M3 on November 24 in a special event.
POCO M3 will be powered by Qualcomm SM6115 Snapdragon 662 chipset with MIUI 11 running on Android 10 while its predecessor POCO M2 comes with MediaTek Helio G80 chipset. So, we can expect the POCO M4 model to arrive with Snapdragon 690 processor or an equivalent Dimensity or Helio 5G based processor and Android 11 based MIUI 12 out of the box.
It has been observed that POCO M series smartphone has good battery backup and POCO M3 is expected to come with 5000 mAh battery. So, we can assume the same for POCO M4 as well. Fast charging might increase from 18W in POCO M3 to 25W in POCO M4. The features like 6.53 Full HD+ display, Gorilla Glass protection, rear mounted fingerprint, quad camera setup are likely to remain same for the POCO M4 model.
The expected price for 64GB 6GB RAM variant is 175$(Rs. 12,999) and 200$(Rs. 14,999) for 128GB 6GB RAM variant. As of now, the company is focusing on the M3 release and we can expect the official wording from the company about the plans for POCO M4 in any upcoming event. The release date for POCO M4 is expected to be around February-March 2021.
