PES or eFootball Pro Evolution Soccer is a series of football simulation video game which is developed and published by Konami. The football-based game is available on all major gaming platforms such as Windows, PlayStation 4, Xbox One. PES 2020, the latest version of the PES series was launched last year for all major gaming platforms along with Android and iOS platforms.
Konami introduces the Player of the Week from time to time in PES 2020, as you already know. Players of the Week, also known as POTW, the title is given to the players who played especially well in matches over the past weekend. Also, these players are available each week and sport an exclusive portrait design.
Stats of these special players in the POTW list are increased to a higher number than usual as a reflection of their standout performance during the matches of the weekend. Not only this, in PES 2020 these players may come equipped with additional skills that will allow adept users to take full advantage of their technical flair.
But this week, Konami is not planning any Featured Players. Konami mentioned this in its official press release.
