OnePlus is one of the leading smartphone sellers in India. One Plus phones offer premium features at a decent price & are often called as a flagship killer. But, last year, Oneplus took a step forward and launched its first flagship device named Oneplus 7 Pro back in 14th May 2019.
Oneplus 7 Pro comes with flagship-grade Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 chipset, a powerful triple-rear camera setup carrying 48MP + 8MP + 16MP sensors, and Android 9.0 Pie out-of-the-box. Oneplus 7 series got the latest Android 10 update in Q4 of 2019 with a lot of improvements in the Oxygen OS. But, some users still prefer Beta version of Oxygen OS to get their hands on new features earlier than global version users.
Well, it seems that Open Beta 8 update for Oneplus 7 series has started to roll out now. A user on the official Oneplus forum has posted and mentioned that he got the notification for Oxygen OS Open Beta 8 update. The user got the notification for the update through Oneplus Updater.
The user also mentioned that the update arrived on his Oneplus 7 Pro device which is currently running on Open Beta 7.
Talking about the new beta update. The update file weighs 2243MB in size and brings a number of system improvements like optimization for mistouches and system stability. And other than this, the update brings fix for black screen issue in camera and display issue on uninstalling page. The Oxygen OS Open Beta 8 update also brings the latest Android security patch; December security patch.
