Nokia is now ready to join the Android 11 race to provide the latest Android features and updates to its users as fast as possible. HMD released the list of devices that will get the update and the expected rollout timeline in a tweet on Twitter. But, it is interesting to know that the tweet later got deleted. There may be an error in the infographics shared, but the point is we can expect the Android 11 update on Nokia sooner than expected. The reason for the deletion of the tweet is yet unknown. We can only get a clear picture of this news when we have a confirmed official announcement.

Nokia Android 11 rollout timeline:
The Finnish company has planned to start the Android 11 rollout for Nokia 2.2, Nokia 5.3, Nokia 8.1, Nokia 8.3 5G from the fourth quarter i.e., Q4 of 2020 itself.
The next batch devices are Nokia 1.3, Nokia 2.3, Nokia 2.4, Nokia 3.4, Nokia 4.2. But these devices will not get update this year. The Company will roll out the update for these devices in the first quarter of 2021.
At last, the devices Nokia 1 Plus, Nokia 3.2, Nokia 6.2, Nokia 7.2, and Nokia 9 Pureview will get the update in the second quarter of 2021.
There is not yet any information about the remaining Nokia Devices but, we can expect some more devices as Nokia promised 3 years of Android updates since their launch date. But, devices like Nokia 7 Plus seem out of the club for Android 11 devices.
Android 11 gives a new refined interaction with UI, screenshots scrolling, and combining, better screen recording with internal audio capture and better one-handed mode are some other features that Android users are expecting. In addition to it, we get NFC file transfer, Chat bubble, Dark Mode, Battery and storage enhancements, and an Enhanced Do Not Disturb Mode.
HMD Global is yet to give any official information on why they deleted the tweet and what are their plans for rolling out Android 11 to the devices. So, we have to wait for an official statement, to get a clearer view of what is going on.
