HMD Global launched Nokia 8.1 back in December 2018. The smartphone was initially launched with the Android 9 and got the Android 10 back in December 2019. Now, the smartphone has received a new update – the April January security patch update. The size of this new update is 32 MB. Nokia 8.1 April Security Patch
The April security update for Nokia 8.1 plus is 312MB in size and doesn’t bring any other bug fix or new feature with it.

Currently, the update is rolling out in India and Spain. However, as it a plain security update, we hope it to roll out in all regions quickly.
