The action never stops in Animal Crossing as this month is yet to uncover some events. Earth Day is coming on April 22nd. A data miner has revealed some information that in the coming days of Earth day, players will be given an option of upgrading Nook’s Cranny. Here is everything you need to know.
How to Upgrade Nook’s Cranny
Ninji, the data miner who found the update also dug and found the requirements for the upgrade. April 20 it will start with new furniture options, new tools, flooring and wallpaper options. You can completely overhaul the aesthetic of the place.
The requirements are as follows:
- Players must have played with Nook’s Cranny for 30 days minimum
- Transaction over 200,000 bells
- Mabel must have visited at least once.
Here is the tweet from the man himself who is the cause of this information spill:
since people keep asking me: it seems that the requirements to upgrade Nook’s Cranny are all of these:
• 30 days since the shop was built
• at least 200,000 bells in buy+sell transactions combined
• Mabel must have visited#ACdatamining #ACspoilers— Ninji ??????????? (@_Ninji) April 12, 2020
So the only requirement that is challenging would be the 30 days of playing after Nook’s Cranny is completed. A way to speed up the process is time travel. It is not as dramatic as it sounds. You just need to change the internal clock of the game from settings manually.
For Mable, if you have the Nook’s Cranny up, she has visited your island at least once. No worries on that front. For 200,000 bells, I hope you like gambling. The stalk market is the easiest way to do the transaction and also earn money. Go invest in the future of turnips for your island.
March 20 was the release date of the game, so if you started playing the game at the start, the one month anniversary is almost here. So be ready to upgrade Nook’s Cranny.
