Clash Royale is releasing the much-needed update by introducing some new items into the game, These new items are called “Magic Items.” The Magic items will help you upgrade your cards and streamline your game progression in a faster and easier way. Clash Royale update
I think we all can agree that the excessive amount of time spent on upgrading our decks has frustrated all of us. We all were expecting Supercell to find a solution to this issue for a long time. But looks like they have heard our prayers. Supercell’s Clash Royale has dropped the much-needed update that introduces a new feature called Magic Items. These Magic items will make the upgrade process quite easier.
What are Clash Royale’s Magic Items?
Magic items are items that can be consumed to upgrade or add progress to cards and open chests. There are a total of 5 new types of Magic Item, each having a different function. The 5 new Magic items are Wild Cards, the Book of Books, Chest Keys, Book of Cards, and Magic Coins. The Clash Royale’s community manager, Drew Haycock stated that this new feature was introduced to make things easier for the players to upgrade their cards. He further added that it would also make it easier for players to advance through the game.
It is important to note that the Magic Items and Magic Item inventory will unlock at King level 4.
Where to find Magic Items?
You can obtain the Magic Items from Chests (Wild cards only), Pass Royale, Trophy Road, Special Challenges, Global Tournaments, and from The Shop.
Magic Items in Chests
- The only Magic Item that will appear in chests is Wild Cards.
- Wild Cards will begin to unlock in chests from Arena 4+.
- The possibility of finding Wild Cards in a chest is determined by the Arena from which the chest was collected.
Magic Items in Pass Royale ( Extra Free Rewards)
The Legendary card has been transformed into a Legendary Wild Card. The following Magic items will be added to the free rewards:
Arena 7+
- 100 Common Wild Cards
- 20 Rare Wild Cards
- 10 Epic Wild Cards
- 2 Chest Keys
- 1 Book of Cards
Arena 4-6
- 50 Common Wild Cards
- 10 Rare Wild Cards
- 4 Epic Wild Cards
- 1 Book of Cards
Magic items in Extra Pass Royale rewards
The Legendary card on Tier 35 has been upgraded to a Legendary Wild Card. Furthermore, the wild cards have been added to both Pass Royale rewards and will replace the random card stacks. The following Magic items will be added to the Pass Royale rewards:
Arena 7+
- 1 Book of Books (exclusive)
- 1 Magic Coin
- 2 Chest Keys
Arena 4-6
- 1 Book of Books (exclusive)
