That’s right. If you’re here after coming from the 2K Support page that literally does not even recognize this error code, you’ll be disappointed to know that that wasn’t a glitch. 2K have pretty much implicitly said that a fix for this error on MyLeague would be far too difficult to implement. They used the pandemic, of all things, as an excuse for their negligence.
Take-Two Interactive is quite notorious for their lack of support to their fanbase, but this is really on another level. Users are obviously feeling hung out to dry by this error, and rightfully so.
On a Reddit post regarding this error code affecting MyLeague players, user Killem2wice said:
“I have been complaining about this for weeks. I’ve tweeted to 2k support and 2k’s main Twitter page, several times, no response. I put in a ticket with 2k support because the error code wasn’t recognized on their website.
The support team got back to me with some nonsense about connectivity issues and how to troubleshoot them.
They didn’t acknowledge that I asked specifically about the error not being recognized or if the mode was even available.”
Safe to say every 2K fan can feel his pain. Another Reddit user, nicknisshoku, who seemed to be hinting that he may have some affiliation with 2K, had this to say:
“I was recently investigating this issue (I cannot clarify my relationship with 2k, but I have been looking into this issue).
If anyone could let me know if reinstalling the game has done anything for this, it could help to determine if it has something to do with files that are leftover after an uninstall.
(Maybe best to try backing up saves to a drive, uninstalling the game and clearing any data that might exist of the game, then look into those saves and try to cross reference them to see if there’s an issue with those files. then reinstall the game and reinsert saves by cloud backup or by the drive)
According to other sources, there’s no current documentation gathering or investigation build in the making. Anyhow, Be kind to 2k support though since those people tend to take the heat while investigation isn’t up to them and they don’t get told anything about investigation progress!!! ^_^”
