Mortal Kombat 11 sync lost error : How to fix it

Mortal Kombat 11 is an action-packed video game for mobile. The graphic quality is also satisfying. The only drawback that players are facing is the sync lost error. The sync lost error is a very troublesome issue for gamers. When your account loses sync with the server, then the current progress in the game is not correctly recorded. There can be various reasons for this error. Some of them include huge cache file accumulation, network issues, etc.

Solutions for Mortal Kombat sync lost Error

For fixing the error on mobile, there are a few simple tips that you can follow.

  1. Clear App Cache – Cache data is a collection of temporary files required for game execution. When you play a game for a long time, a huge amount of cache may be stored which is obstructing the smooth operation of the game. Go to the settings in your Android mobile. Under Storage, locate Mortal Kombat 11 and click on it. Click on the option to clear the cache. This will clear out all the cache files. Now, start the game and look for the error.
  2. Reinstall the game – An unknown cause may have corrupted any of the game files. It is best to uninstall the game. Before doing that, make sure that your game is linked to a google play account to safeguard your progress. After you have uninstalled the game, go to the Play Store and download the game once again. Now, reboot your device before starting Mortal Kombat 11. Check whether the issue persists or not.
  3. Check for updates – Mortal Kombat issues are generally fixed in future updates. Go to Play Store. Under My Apps and games, you will find Mortal Kombat. Check whether any update is available. If present, download that.
