High-Rank Khezu
Like the other high-ranking monsters in the game, the drop rate of Thunder Sac is very low even if you hunt or capture a Khezu. It has a 21% chance of dropping the material by target rewards, which means if you finish the quest involving Khezu and hope for the material to be dropped. There’s also a 20% chance of getting Thunder Sac by killing or carving the monster and an 18% chance by capturing it. Tobi-Kadachi
Unlike high-ranking Khezu, Tobi-Kadachi has a lower rate of dropping Thunder Sac with a 14% chance as a target reward. Sadly there’s no other way of obtaining the sac material so all you can do is hope for the game to reward you with Thunder Sac when you fight the flying-type wyvern monster.
