Recently, Capcom gave an update roadmap 2020 for the latest Monster Hunter: World expansion, iceborn. The expansion was released for consoles in September 2019, and for PC in January 2020.
The expansion receives different updates on Consoles and PC, but Capcom will sync the contents on PS4, Xbox One & PC from April 2020. Before that, a lot of content update is coming in two months.

On January 24 all platforms will have the Grand Appreciation Fest for celebrating the 2nd anniversary of Monster Hunter World. The event will end on February 13.
In February consoles will have a special event quest while there will be a title update 1 and Limited time event. In March consoles will have their title update 3 while PC will have it’s second. From April onwards, the content will be synched for all platforms.
