Here are some steps that you need to follow to get Venolen Loomian. Before proceeding to the steps, you must keep in your mind that you need to have Vari to get Venolen. Vari can be found anywhere in the Wild with a 1/100 chance after you unlock it by Reaching Mastery Level 9.

1. Once you get Vari, head to the Junkyard.
2. Get to the Trash yard that looks like the Snippet below.
   
3. When you have reached there, select Vari as the first in the Party.
4. After this, go and stand in the Trash where you encounter Loomians and wait for Vari to sleep.
5. When Vari sleeps, you will get a surprise seeing that Vari started evolving into Venolen.
6. Congratulations! You have Venolen now and starting making it learn some moves. Though he primarily comes with 4 moves.
