Lethal Company also just recently won Steam’s Better With Friends award, a true testament to the game’s fun factor. Lethal Company Update 48 release date: When it will be available
In case you already didn’t know, Lethal Company got version 48 on January 9, 2024. And it’s really a surprise since the game just got a major update in the form of Version 47 on the same date. Even players were surprised when the game got updated from version 47 to 48. And the thing that led to this was a bug. After becoming aware of the bug, Zeekerss released a hotfix for the game, which fixed it, and as a result, the version went from 47 to 48.
By the way, Zeekerss didn’t release a patch note for update 48, so that screenshot is all we have right now. Moreover, we have also heard reports about some players not being able to receive the new update. The common workaround for that seems to be just restarting the Steam client in order to force an update check. You can also verify the game files to force update the game.
Anyway, now that version 48 is here, players must want to know about the next major update, which seems to be update 50 as Zeekerss has talked about adding in new creatures and map variations with its release.
