Jujutsu Kaisen anime was one of the most awaited anime series in 2020 and now with the release of first episode, the anime has begun airing from 2nd October.
The manga was one of the bestselling Shonen Jump’s series because of its serious similarity to Bleach and HunterxHunter.
Jujutsu Kaisen is about group of sorcerers who use the curse energy which is fuelled by humans’ collective negative emotions to do all sorts of magical things. The energy can be used to do anything buy it is mainly used as a source of power for their own techniques. Well generally, sorcerer’s use this energy to fuel and enhance their own techniques which they have developed. The techniques are unique to each character and the sorcerers use the curse energy to fuel these techniques. The story revolves around a group of sorcerers from Tokyo Metropolitan Curse Technical School also known as Jujutsu High. The sorcerers here learn to harness the curse energy and are also sent for missions in groups.
The first episode of the series introduced us to the two main characters for the show Yuji and Megumi. Yuji is a high school kid who stumbled across a cursed object that Megumi intends to find but Yuji’s seniors unseal the cursed object releasing the curse energy and what ensues is a battle between the curse energy incarnated and Megumi, Yuji intervenes but when things get out of control, Yuji eats the cursed object which reincarnates the person responsible for the cursed energy.

Episode 2 will feature the fight between Yuji (body controlled by cursed object) and Megumi. The episode will also tell us the events leading up to Yuji restrained in the room which was shown in the start of episode 1. The new episode will air on 10th October. You can watch it almost instantly after it releases in Japan on Crunchyroll.
