KRAFTON’s new top-down tactical shooter, PUBG: Blindspot, has been gaining all the hype it deserved as the latest installment in the iconic PUBG: Battleground Series. Unlike the classic battle royale format the franchise is famously known for, Krafton has come up with a new perspective. PUBG: BLINDSPOT is a 5v5 team-based top-down tactical shooter that promises fast-paced 5v5 gameplay with objective-focused combat. The game was first revealed under the codename “Project ARC” and launched a playable beta/demo in early 2025 for PC players. But if you’re a console gamer, you might be wondering: Is PUBG: Blindspot coming to Xbox, PS4, PS5, or Nintendo Switch? Well, here’s everything we know about the same.

Is PUBG BLINDSPOT coming to Xbox, PS4, PS5, and Nintendo Switch?
Confirmed Platform
As the latest official announcement from KRAFTON’s press release, “PUBG: Blindspot” is currently confirmed for PC only. A playable demo was available on Steam in February 2025 for players to try the game out and provide feedback. The game has been prominently featured on the Steam platform, with its official release date listed as “to be announced.”
What About Consoles?
As of writing, no official confirmation has been made by Krafton about PUBG: Blindspot launching on Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5, or Nintendo Switch. But console players do not need to worry. Considering PUBG: Battlegrounds did make its way to all major consoles after a successful PC debut, it’s very possible Blindspot may follow the same path. But that’s speculative for now—there’s no confirmed console release window. That’s why, we suggest you take this information with a pinch of salt.
Nintendo Switch Support
Unlike Xbox and PlayStation, the Nintendo Switch version seems even less likely at this point. It is mainly due to hardware limitations and the game’s performance-focused design. Krafton hasn’t mentioned anything regarding a Switch port so far. And, considering the past, we don’t think PUBG Blindspot will be debuting on the Switch or Switch 2.
While PUBG: Blindspot is exclusively aimed for PC release, console gamers shouldn’t lose hope. Once the game gains popularity and shows positive reviews from players on PC, there’s a good chance it could make its way to PlayStation and Xbox in the future. That being said, we hope you found this article informative. Also, if you want more updates on PUBG: Blindspot or other upcoming games, be sure to visit DigiStatement regularly.
