Likewise, the Xbox Series X is the most powerful Xbox console to date. There are many new features as well as improvements on the Xbox Series X. One such unique feature on the new console is a feature that lets you load a game instantly. It is a feature that allows players to resume multiple games instantaneously from a save state. This article is a guide on how to turn off Quick Resume on Xbox Series X if it is possible.

The answer is Yes, it is possible to turn off Quick Resume on the Xbox Series X. However, the Quick Resume feature cannot be universally disabled for all games. Therefore, players have to manually turn off Quick Resume for each game.

Here are the steps to manually turn off Quick Resume on Xbox Series X:quick resume on Xbox Series X

1) First and foremost, you have to open up the Guide menu. You can do this by pressing the Xbox button on the Xbox Series X’s controller.

2) Next up, you have to navigate and select the “My games & apps” option in the Guide menu.

3) Under the “My games & apps” option, you can find a list of all the games on your Xbox console. Likewise, you can also find all the games currently using the Quick Resume feature.

4) Now, among all the games under the “My games & apps” option, you have to navigate and highlight the game with a quick resume save state that you want to disable.

5) After finding as well as highlighting the game you want to disable Quick Resume on, you have to press the Menu button. Doing so will bring up a menu.

6) In the pop-up menu, you can now select the “Remove from Quick Resume” option for the particular game.

7) Finally, you have successfully disabled Quick Resume for the particular game. This will bring you back to the main “My games & apps” options menu.
