Gameplay
The game is simple and has very straightforward rules. The game can accommodate 4 to 10 players at a time on the server. One to three players are assigned as Imposters. The remaining players are assigned as crewmates. The imposters have the ability to run through vents and kill the crewmates. Whenever a crewmate finds a dead body, he may report it to the other crewmates. In doing so, all the players are summoned to a meeting to find the real imposter. With clever analysis, Crewmates can vote out Imposters. However, the Imposters desperately try to shift the blame on someone innocent.

In the recent update, developers have fixed that issue as well. In the recent patch update, players are even able to update their names.
