But still the streaming service faces a lot of errors despite being so popular. Users have mainly complained about slow loading and buffering issues on Peacock TV. Users said that when they tried to watch any show or movie, the video appeared very glitchy and the video was loading for multiple times. Users said that they had to pause the video to speed u the loading process. Other users said that the videos were facing the buffering issue in every 5 to 10 seconds or in 3 minutes. Well, if you are experiencing the same, here are a few things you can try to solve the issue –
- Decrease the number of devices that are being used in one network. Having many devices in one network can slow down the loading time.
- Pause the large simultaneous downloads on the same network. If you are playing online games, downloading and uploading the large files while watching something on Peacock TV, this can slow down the loading time.
- Check the internet connection. In terms of Wi-Fi or broadband, it is better to use a speed of at least 2.5Mbps. For 3G devices, the minimum speed should be at least 450Kbps.
