This error occurs when there is some error with your location data in the game settings config file. You can easily fix that error by doing the following:

1. Go to your game folder.
2. The game folder is the folder where you have installed the game.
3. Or you can Go to Documents
4. Then to my games
5. Search Rainbow Six Siege
6. Click the first folder
7. Click on the GameSettings config file
8. Scroll all the way down till you see [ONLINE]
9. Where it says DataCenterHints you will see default or area initials
10. Enter new area initials or put your area initials.
