Then come back and this time, choose Change HDCP Mode and keep it at HDCP 1.4 Only. Another efficient way of solving the error is Updating System Software from the internet and update your PS5. Players can also go for Clear Cache and Rebuild Database. Clear system software cache and then rebuild the database. If the problems continue to persist, an effective method is to reset the PS5. This will delete all the data in your PS5 and set it for factory reset.
